What You Pay Us: Nothing
Of course we receive a fee, but it doesn't come out of your pocket. Here's how it works: You fall in love with a home in Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland ... anywhere in the Washington, DC real estate market. We're with you every step of the way — right up through settlement.
At the table, a percentage of the selling price goes toward commission for the real estate agent(s). If the buyer has no agent the entire payment goes to the seller's agent. When a buyer's agent is involved in the transaction the commission is split with the seller's agent. Therefore, the buyer is never charged a fee. Whether you're out there on your own, or represented by the strategies, resources and expertise of The Buyer Brokerage, LLC, the cost to you, the buyer, remains the same — absolutely nothing.
What You Save With Us: Thousands
Purchasing a property for even a few thousand dollars less than the asking price can save you thousands of dollars in interest payments over the life of your mortgage.

"Buyer brokers have the buyer's interests in mind. They act as a personal advocate, hunting for the right house and haggling with the seller's agent. In fact, a study by a national long distance phone company found that 200 relocating workers who used buyer brokers paid an average of 91% of the offering price, whereas those using traditional brokers paid 96%." |
